Do I have to accept the bids “as is” or can I negotiate?

      All the bids are negotiable, as long as you and the Team Member are willing to negotiate. Some Team Members will keep their rates “as is” while other will be more flexible. In the end, you still choose with whom you want to work. A negotiation phase on the terms is included in the contractual process. Terms must be accepted by both parties. They are frozen afterwards.
